JobFix helps you tailor your resume and LinkedIn profile to a job. Here is plainly what happens to your data.

What we process

When you click “Optimize”, the text you entered (name, resume, LinkedIn text, job description and your chosen options) is sent to an AI model to generate your results.

What we don't store

Your resume text, job text, results and files are not kept unless you tap Save. Uploaded PDF, Word and text files are read inside your own browser and never uploaded.

Saved applications

Saved resumes keep a text copy, the original text and any facts you confirm. They are private to your account. Original files stay on your device. Truth, LinkedIn and cover-letter checks run locally without AI calls; match checks use the same five-per-day allowance as optimizations.

Only when you tap Save do we store that application — the job text, the inputs you provided and the generated results — in your private workspace. Saved applications are visible only to your account, and you can delete each one anytime on the Saved page.

Your account

Lovable Cloud stores your invited account's email, authentication information and private display name. Aggregate sign-in counts contain no names, emails or network addresses. All invited accounts can view these aggregate counts.

Usage limits

To enforce the daily run limit, we keep a private count for your account: the date and number of completed optimizations, nothing else. It contains none of your text. Failed runs are not counted.

Deleting your data

Use “Delete my data” on your account page to erase your saved resumes, saved applications, confirmed facts, run history and usage counts immediately. Your email and sign-in remain until the site owner removes your account.
